What is SellStack?
SellStack is a supply chain logistics e-commerce platform built for cannabis operators, powering your storefront, sales-rep tools, customer account portal, and Medical Patient Portal for full-service prescription management. It can run standalone or connect to your ERP or warehouse system so inventory, pricing, and orders stay in sync from click to fulfilment.
In ERP-Commerce mode, SellStack currently offers deep integration with 365 Cannabis on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. It also connects to other ERP or WMS platforms so you can keep your existing back office.
Who is SellStack built for?
SellStack serves cannabis operators across the supply chain: cultivators, manufacturers, distributors, delivery services, and retailers who need commerce that embeds lot traceability, wholesale pricing complexity, and compliance realities within its logistics.
Whether you run a single facility or operate across multiple states, provinces, countries and regions, SellStack scales with your business.
What business and product models does SellStack support?
SellStack supports the full range of cannabis operating models. On the business side, that means B2B wholesale (sales reps, tiered pricing, customer-specific catalogues, account approvals) and B2C retail (public storefront, customer self-registration, delivery workflows). Many operators run both, one instance per business.
On the product side, SellStack handles Recreational and Medical channels, including the distinctions some operators need to keep visible between the two. For Medical, the SellStack Medical Patient Portal provides full-service prescription management: patient profiles, prescription intake, order fulfilment, and refill workflows tied back to the same inventory and compliance flows that run the rest of your operation.
Which ERP does SellStack work with?
SellStack offers two integration paths.
The fully-integrated path is 365 Cannabis on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. SellStack connects end-to-end with 365 Cannabis so lot data, pricing, inventory, and orders flow both directions in real time. This is the optimized path for operators standardizing on Microsoft's cannabis-vertical ERP.
The Bring Your Own path connects SellStack to your existing ERP or warehouse platform: NetSuite, SAP, Acumatica, a custom ERP, or a standalone WMS. You keep your back office; SellStack becomes the commerce and customer-experience layer in front of it, using your available integration points.
Both paths deliver the same real-time inventory sync, sales-order integration, and multi-company support. The choice is about your existing back office, not about what SellStack can do on top of it.
How are customers synchronized with 365 Cannabis ERP?
365 Cannabis ERP is the primary source of truth for customer and account data. Customer records synchronize to SellStack in near real time. In ERP-Commerce mode with 365 Cannabis, B2B instance versions use only customers pulled from 365 Cannabis and cannot register new accounts directly within SellStack. B2C instance versions can register customers and push new registrations back to 365 Cannabis.
All business and customer records are pulled from 365 Cannabis. Existing SellStack records update in place (name, address, contact details); new records are created where none exist.
Customer-to-business relationships in B2B instance versions are then reconciled: existing relationships in SellStack are cleared and rebuilt from the current 365 Cannabis state.
Can I use SellStack with a different ERP or WMS?
Yes. If you already run NetSuite, SAP, Acumatica, a custom ERP, or a standalone WMS, SellStack becomes the commerce, buying logistics, and customer-experience layer in front of your back office. Integration uses your existing integration points, whether API, EDI, flat file, or database connectors.
You get the same real-time inventory sync, sales-order integration, multi-company support, and lot-specific pricing as the 365 Cannabis path. Scope, timeline, and integration approach are set during implementation based on your specific ERP and workflow requirements.
Does SellStack handle multi-entity operations (MEO and MSO)?
Yes. SellStack's multi-entity architecture supports operators who run multiple businesses, whether SellStack is running standalone or connected to your ERP. Each entity runs on its own SellStack instance and storefront, so operators can present each business with its own brand, catalogue, pricing, and customer experience instead of collapsing them into one storefront.
An "entity" here is however your business is structured: regional (state, province, country), operational (B2B and B2C run separately), or legal. SellStack respects the boundaries your business model requires.
Customers see only what applies to them: the products available in their region, the pricing tier they qualify for, and the delivery workflows their entity supports. When SellStack is connected to an ERP, entity data can link to your ERP companies and locations for coordinated data flow. Operators keep unified visibility across the whole operation while each entity maintains its distinct presence.
